Functional hotel, it offers GOOD services and stunning location next to all that Market Harborough has to offer, surrounding areas and supermarket rip off. The staff are especially helpful and extremely helpful, managed the parking close to the property.

Overall popular hotel, incredible meals.
Clean property, breakfast is incredible and reasonably priced. The staff is welcoming and the rooms are new-fashioned and airy. The superior double room is heated and neat. The beds are very comfy and the staff is pleasant. Its location is stunning & incredible, just next door to town centre and attractive market town. There is Aldwinckles nearby for a cup of coffee.

The three swans is amazing location right in the center, close to shops and restaurants. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a delight, and they even arranged hot chocolate for me after I mentioned my disappointment. This thoughtful touch.

The location was excellent, right in the middle of town, but not noisy. The room was clean, modern with added extras. There was a lot of choices on the menu including old favourites and special dishes to tempt taste buds. The courtyard was an added bonus where we sat after our evening meal to finish our bottle of wine. The staff were very friendly and very helpful.

Staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The size of room 67 was really good and seemed like a home after a long day.
It wasn't inexpensive, but worth it for the comfort.
